1. she dint mention that i also went out to rescue the ppl who were stranded in the rain! haha! it was really fun riding the tandem with abby on the way to tianni, van, yl and jung cause it was very steady and fast and she kept flicking her horse tail so that water bullets attacked my face (i was riding at the back). but it wasnt so smooth sailing when i rode with tianni -- we had a close encounter with the floor within seconds. XP
2. i more or less taught yl how to cycle! haha! shall write a progress report for her now:

   yunlin, despite her short legs (she admitted to this herself, so dont say i'm mean!) made amzing progress on the bicycle. she was able to handle almost-collisions well and came away with numerous bruises to show for her efforts. nevertheless, her willingness to try earns her a stamp that has 3 stars and the word 'excellent'
